Information on the preliminary financial results for the three quarters of 2021

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) announces that they have decided to publish the preliminary financial results for the aforementioned period.
Preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Group for the 3 quarters of 2021 (figures for the 3 quarters of 2020 are shown in brackets):
- sales revenues: PLN 158 193 thousand (PLN 163 656 thousand)
- profit (loss) from operating activities: loss of PLN (7 549) thousand (profit PLN 8 499)
- net profit (loss): loss (PLN 4 602) thousand (profit PLN 4 467 thousand)
Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. for the 3 quarters of 2021 (figures for the 3 quarters of 2020 are shown in brackets):
- sales revenues: PLN 113 268 thousand (PLN 119 239 thousand)
- profit (loss) from operating activities: loss of PLN (3 864 thousand) (profit PLN 5 068 thousand)
- net profit (loss): loss (PLN 4 674) thousand (profit PLN 3 232 thousand)
The Company reports a decrease in revenue and deterioration in financial performance in 3 quarters of 2021 compared to the same period of the previous year, due to the decline in potato starch prices in the domestic and foreign markets.
Please note that the audited final financial results for 3 quarters of 2021 will be reported in the consolidated semi-annual report to be published on 21 September 2021.
