The Supreme Court dismissed EPSILON
Legal basis Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" S.A. (the "Company"), with reference to reports no. 24/2018, 32/2018 and 34/2019, announces that it has received the judgement of the Supreme Court of 2 June 2022 dismissing the cassation appeal of Epsilon FIZAN against the judgement of the Court of Appeal in Białystok of 20 September 2019 in part dismissing the appeal of EPSILON FIZAN against the judgement of the District Court of the Commercial Court in Białystok dismissing the action of EPSILON FIZAN for the annulment of Resolution no. 12 of the Annual General Meeting of 11 May 2018 on the appropriation of the Company's net profit for the 2017 financial year.
Legal grounds: Section 19(1)(10) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodical Information Published by Security Issuers and Conditions to Consider such Information Equivalent to the Ones Required by Legal Provisions of a Country that is not a Member State.
