Information on the allocation of the net profit generated in 2019
Legal basis: Art. 17(1) MAR – confidential information.
The Management Board of the Food Industry Operator PEPEES S.A. (hereinafter as "Company") would like to announce that it has made a decision on the recommendation to the Annual General Meeting as regards the allocation of the net profit generated in 2019 in the amount of PLN 19,181,930.51 for:
1. payment of a dividend in the amount of PLN 0.06 for one share in the total amount of PLN 5,700,000;
2. legal reserve of the Company in the remaining amount of PLN 13,481,930.51.
At the same time, the Company would like to announce that the recommendation has been approved by the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The final decision on the distribution of the profit for the fiscal year of 2019 is to be made by the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
