Information on the allocation of the net profit generated in 2023
Legal basis: Article 17(1) MAR – confidential information.
The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the "Company") would like to announce that it has made a decision on the recommendation to the Annual General Meeting as regards the allocation of the net profit generated in 2023 in the amount of PLN 7.777.632,99 (say: seven million seven hundred and seventy-seven thousand six hundred and thirty-two Polish zloty 99/100) to supplementary capital.
The final decision on the distribution of the profit for the fiscal year of 2023 is to be made by the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
