Receipt of notifications of changes in the share of the total number of votes

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" S.A. (the "Company"), acting pursuant to Article 70 (1) of the Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (the "Polish Act on Offering"), would like to announce that it has received notifications on changes in the stake in the total number of votes in the Company, submitted pursuant to Article 69 et seq. of the Polish Act on Offering from the following entities/natural persons:

1. Epsilon Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych, represented by Origin Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as "Epsilon Notification" and "Epsilon," respectively),
2. Mr William Richardson (hereinafter referred to as "WRR Notice" and "WRR," respectively),
3. Marconia Enterprises Limited, Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as "Marconia Notice" and "Marconia," respectively),
4. Perła-Browary Lubelskie Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Lublin, hereinafter referred to as ("Perła Notice" and "Perła," respectively),
5. New Fastinvest Spółka Akcyjna Spółka Komandytowa, with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland, hereinafter reffered to as ("NFSA Notice" and "NFSA", respectively).

From the Notifications of Epsilon, WRR, Marconia, Perła and NFSA (the "Notifications") it arises that on 8 May 2025, NFSA, a subsidiary of Perła and an indirect subsidiary of Marconia and WRR, acquired as many as 26,909,032 of the Company's shares from Epsilon. Due to this transaction, NFSA directly holds 28.33% of the Company's shares and Epsilon's shareholding has decreased to 0.89%. At the same time, WRR notified that, through its subsidiaries Marconia and Perła, it indirectly holds 29.22% of the Company's shares (including shares directly held by Epsilon).
